RoosPlus Terms of Service

1) Agreement

Welcome to RoosPlus (“the Service”). By accessing or using RoosPlus, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

2) Accounts & Access

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• You’re responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.

3) Acceptable Use

To maintain a secure and trusted platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in illegal, abusive, harassing, or infringing activity.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that violates others’ rights.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, quotas, or system restrictions.

4) Content & Ownership

• You retain full ownership of content you upload or create.
• You grant RoosPlus a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• RoosPlus does not claim ownership over your intellectual property.

5) Plans, Billing & Taxes

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled per your plan’s terms.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Taxes and regulatory fees may apply based on your jurisdiction.
• Pricing and plan features may change with reasonable advance notice.

6) Storage, Usage & Fair Limits

Accounts may include usage or storage limits. Excessive activity impacting performance or stability may result in throttling, temporary restriction, or suspension. RoosPlus enforces fair-use policies to ensure platform reliability for all users.

7) Domains & SSL

If you connect a custom domain, you authorize RoosPlus to manage TLS/SSL certificates and routing on your behalf. You remain responsible for DNS configuration, domain compliance, and renewals with your registrar.

8) Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. RoosPlus applies appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is 100% secure. You’re responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

9) Service Availability & Support

• We strive for continuous uptime and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
• Support options and response times may vary by subscription plan.

10) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoosPlus disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoosPlus and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create a security/operational risk. Sections relating to liability, ownership, and confidentiality continue after termination.

13) Modifications

RoosPlus may modify these Terms periodically. Significant updates will be announced in advance. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
